Week 1

weight down to 307. walked over 30 min 3 times, did not necessarily diet, but I kept a food diary, which will by it's nature tends to pare down some excess. I also drank mostly light beer.

I am glad that these small measures yielded some success, as I am easily discouraged.

This week I will try to make better food choices in addition to adding more days of walking.
